Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with PrecisionHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, by phone, or by email.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order unless credit terms have been established. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and company checks. Net 30 terms are available to qualified businesses.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by PrecisionHub. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET Monday through Friday ship the same day for in-stock items. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Stocked items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. An RMA number is required for all returns. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
Warranty
Products are sold with the manufacturer standard warranty. PrecisionHub makes no additional warranties, express or implied. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Limitation of Liability
PrecisionHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chittenden County, Vermont.
